Grapes with tomato and goat's cheese

INGREDIENTS

Grapes
Cherry tomatoes
MONTBRÚ goat's cheese log
Oil, salt and pepper
Reduction of Modena vinegar
Grapes with tomato and goat's cheese

ELABORATION

Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Place the grapes on a baking tray to go in the oven. Add the cherry tomatoes, sliced in half. Then add the sliced-up MONTBRÚ goat's cheese log. Season to taste with oil, Modena vinegar, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 200º for 15 minutes Eat warm.
